New Knives:

IBEC Machine Knife offers knives for a wide range of industrial applications. All knives are manufactured to OEM specifications, and can be custom made from samples or customer drawings. Material selection is critical to every knife manufactured. Our experienced sales force will work with you to determine the most suitable material for your specific application. No matter what type of knife you are using; straight, circular, toothed, or bevelled, we can help improve your productivity by offering you exceptionally high quality knives at affordable prices.

Large Inventories:

IBEC stocks an extensive range of knives for many common makes of machines used in the converting, packaging, food processing, plastics, and printing industries. All knives are manufactured to OEM specifications, and are usually available in a variety of materials and coatings. Knives in stock can be shipped immediately. We also stock a large quantity of semi-finished knives and blanks to help reduce delivery times.

Regrinding:

IBEC Machine Knife has the unique ability to service and re-sharpen almost every item that we sell. With a wide range of grinders we are able to sharpen straight knives up to 160” long, and circular knives up to 25” in diameter. A number of our grinders are capable of grinding carbide, and have the ability to grind to single digit surface finishes. Given the tendency for unforeseen machine breakdowns during your manufacturing processes, we offer emergency regrinding services with same day or next day turnarounds.
